Alamo Kiwanis Club Charities in San Antonio, Texas proudly sponsors the 2014 Western & Heritage Art Show and Sale for the 51st consecutive year! This event, along with its Fiesta Noche del Rio each summer, helps the Club raise funds for San Antonio local children’s charities. To date, the Alamo Kiwanis Club Charities has raised over $2.5 million for kids.
The Western & Heritage Art Show and Sale features exclusive, original artwork by artists throughout the Southwest region. The participating artists display and sell their art with a portion of each sale being donated to the various charities supported by Alamo Kiwanis. The artwork includes oil paintings, watercolors, etchings, sculptures, and other various original works.
The event is a wonderful way to kick off the rodeo season and is considered one of the favorite parties of the year. Along with the wonderful artwork being offered for sale, the event includes catering by Don Strange, a casino party with great prizes, a full bar selection, live music, and a casual atmosphere.
We invite you to peruse the Artist page link to sample the talented artists that are featured in this year’s show. We encourage you to arrive early for the show so that you have the first access to this wonderful artwork. VIP sponsors (see Sponsorship Page link) get early access to the art sale.
Our theme of “Great Art for a Great Cause” continues for this 51st year.
